Goodwill Industries of Northwest Texas is pleased to announce the hiring, on November 12, 2020, of Bridgette Martinez as the agency’s new Director of Mission Services.

Martinez is not a newcomer to working with Goodwill as she held the position of Director of Workforce Development for Goodwill Industries of New Mexico for two years. She has 14 years of experience in the employment sector, including six years serving people with barriers to employment and providing direct services to people with developmental disabilities. She also brings a solid background in digital marketing, as well as in management and operations of the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

With a bachelor’s degree in vocational education and training and a minor in workforce development from Eastern New Mexico University, Martinez says New Mexico may be his home state, but said she was happy to have been able to call Lubbock home for 11 years now. .
